COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Assured Automation J26NRXE6SC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Aucom-Benshaw products, including obsoleted and phased-out Atlas-Copco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bailey product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Aucom-Benshaw such as the CSXI75V6C1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9810705023 manufactured by Atlas-Copco and we are pleased to be able to service most Atlas-Copco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 139283 by Manufacturer Bailey as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Avg Brand EZDT10CSE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ati-Systems such as 11982001010 equipment made by Ati-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ati-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ati-Systems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 700899101 made by Asyst-Technologies as well as the popular 4PP3500571K01 original spares produced by Br Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A6848DAF by Automatic-Valve and 11982001010 spares by Ati-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2315491 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Axsys-Technologies. |
